Our team is full of delightful people who love coffee and creating fun and accessible events for our community. When your job is to travel around the world and throw parties, work should be fun!

Every person on our team - regardless of their title - is empowered to share ideas and impact the direction of our work. We believe in the value of each person’s individual experience and encourage open conversation.

WE DO WORK WE CAN STAND BY.

We are a small, totally independent team with complete autonomy over the projects we produce. This means our choices should be deliberate and always improved upon. Everyone on our team has the responsibility to ensure that our projects are the best they can be.

BUT IT’S STILL JUST A JOB

We love what we do and we strongly believe that work should never take priority over the other important parts of life. We believe in setting boundaries, flexible work hours, and taking time off.

WE SHOULD OWN OUR WORK

A big part of our work process is to own every decision that we make with our projects. But it’s also important that our staff literally own the work they produce, that’s why we have an employee ownership scheme so that the people doing the work can also share in the profits of that work.
